GITL is expanding, with several roles to fill, including a full-time permanent Senior Marketing Manager located in the Kelowna region.

About the Role:

GITL is looking for highly motivated, self-disciplined and confident individuals to join our team. Based in Kelowna, you will work with our marketing group to position GetintheLoop to our core audiences.

 Role and Responsibilities:

  • Leads Local marketing initiatives (driving members and awareness in local markets).
  • Manage agency relationships.
  • Contributes to and executes strategy development for Local market development.
  • Responsible for performance accountability for Local organic and paid member growth.
  • Member communications.
  • Lead generation management     

Experience with these tools is an asset:

  • Facebook Business and Ads Manager
  • Facebook and Instagram advertising (app install campaigns)
  • Google Analytics
  • Batch
  • Wordpress
  • Squarespace
  • monday.com

About You:

  • Results driven self-starter
  • Experienced B2B/B2C marketer
  • Proven marketing and community building experience
  • An understanding of the marketing with an ability to provide executable strategies
  • Startups don’t scare you and you thrive in fast moving dynamic environments
  • Passionate about building strong customer and partner relationships
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, analytical and time management skills
  • Experience working with marketing teams – both internal and within client organisations
