Role Overview

GetintheLoop is seeking an extraordinary, growth-minded individual to help ensure our key multi-location and national partners find success on our Platform. Working directly with the leadership team, you will work closely with a variety of cross-functional groups such as product, marketing, strategy and operations to structure and execute programs that help GetintheLoop expand its multi-location customer base. You'll cultivate new and existing partnerships to drive creative and scalable ways of bringing GetintheLoop to the Multi-Location brands across Canada.

Responsibilities and Duties

Sales

  • Identify prospects and generate leads for multi-location and National Partner opportunities
  • Complete calls/emails/engagements to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities
  • Work with and support Local Owners and Market Development Managers who bring in Multi-location and National Partner leads.
  • Leverage internal technology to log interactions and improve process

Account Management & Customer Success

  • Account Manage all pilot programs with Multi-location and National Partners to ensure success and location growth on our Platform
  • Help build and recommend programs and initiatives that can improve the success rate of pilot programs.
  • Be the main point of contact for program delivery and execution, working with our Partner Success Team and Leadership.

Contribute as required to the broader business goals of GetintheLoop and our Multi-location and National Partner strategy.

  • An understanding of the sales process with an ability to provide sales solutions

  • Passionate about building strong customer and partner relationships
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, analytical and time management skills
  • Experience working with marketing teams – both internal and within client organisations
  • Experience with enterprise-level account management
